NMS repairs and rebuilds rolls, cassettes, bearings, shafts, drives, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, controls, and the supporting machine structure.

Reducing Mills and Automated Press Feed

NMS services cold-roll reducing mills and the decoilers, feeders, hydraulics, PLCs, controls, and mechanical equipment used to supply automated presses.

Loop Pit and Strip Accumulation

The loop pit allows strip to accumulate between line sections while the equipment continues to feed and process material.

Dropped or Damaged Coils

NMS provides on-site evaluation and hydraulic reshaping for dropped, crushed, distorted, or out-of-round coils. We use hydraulic equipment to restore the coil eye and get usable material back into production.
