On-Site Straightening for Dropped and Damaged Coils
NMS provides on-site evaluation and hydraulic reshaping for dropped, crushed, distorted, or out-of-round coils. We use hydraulic equipment to restore the coil eye and get usable material back into production.

Hydraulic Coil Reshaping
NMS positions hydraulic equipment inside the coil eye and applies controlled force to reshape the damaged area. The work is completed on site so the coil does not have to be moved to another repair location.
