Starting With the Existing Part
NMS can start with an existing part, customer drawing, manufacturer information, or field measurements taken from the machine.
When the Original Part Is Not Available
Older equipment often stays in service long after original parts become difficult to find. NMS can review the damaged or worn part and provide a replacement when the required work can be completed safely and accurately.
Part Replacement as Part of the Repair
NMS can remove the damaged component, provide the replacement part, and reinstall it as part of a larger equipment repair.
Machined and Fabricated Work Together
Some repairs need both machined components and fabricated frames, brackets, mounts, guards, or supports. NMS can coordinate both parts of the work.
