FACILITY LAYOUT AND 3D DESIGN
Industrial Facility Layout and 3D Design
NMS develops equipment layouts and 3D views for new installations, plant changes, material handling, storage, and production-area planning.
Layout Work
- New machinery placement
- Production-line layout
- Conveyor and transfer equipment
- Rack and storage areas
- Saw and saw-table areas
- Work cells and custom workstations
- Packaging equipment
- Aisles, forklift access, and crane access
- Equipment-removal and installation paths
- Future expansion space
Changes Inside Existing Facilities
Most plant projects have to work around existing machinery, columns, doors, aisles, utilities, storage, and active production. NMS measures the available area and lays out the proposed equipment before fabrication or installation begins.
See the Layout Before the Work Starts
Multi-view 3D layouts help show equipment position, access, material travel, storage, and the relationship between new and existing machinery.
Material Flow and Access
A layout can account for how material arrives, moves between machines, reaches packaging or storage, and leaves the work area. It can also show the space needed for operators, forklifts, cranes, maintenance, and component removal.
Layout, Fabrication, and Installation
NMS can carry the project from layout into fabrication and field installation, including conveyors, racks, storage, saw tables, workstations, equipment frames, and machinery changes.
Planning an Equipment or Facility Change?
Send the facility location, equipment involved, available floor space, and a short description of what you are planning. NMS will reply if drawings, measurements, or other files are needed.
