Plasma Cutting Table Cleanout and Complete Slat Replacement
By the time NMS was brought in, this plasma cutting table was well beyond a routine cleanout. Hardened dross, cut remnants, and compacted debris had engulfed the slat bed, burying much of the existing structure and filling the table cavity.
NMS removed the spent slats and accumulated material, mechanically cleared and cleaned the table bed, and installed a complete new slat system to restore a clean, serviceable cutting surface.

From Severe Buildup to a New Slat Bed
The table had accumulated a substantial volume of hardened cutting debris beneath and around the original slats. Much of the bed could no longer be cleaned through ordinary routine maintenance.
NMS removed the old slats and large accumulated sections, broke out and extracted the remaining material, cleaned the table cavity, and installed the replacement slats across the completed bed.
